Once you have completed and sent us an order form and questionnaire (either through our web based form or through a PDF form) we will:

1. Accept your order and provide you with login details to our website (if you are an agent or a recurring customer);
2. Order the relevant searches;
3. Provide you with the Property Interest Report on the day of order; and
4. Provide you with your completed Form 1 either in hard copy or downloadable via our website within 24 hours of receiving the last search (usually within 5 business days of order).

NOTE: If you are a casual or one off customer, rather than providing you with login details we will email you the completed Form 1.

We accept payments by credit card, EFT or on 7 day account.
